Our product lineup includes frozen concentrated orange juice (FCOJ), not-from-concentrate (NFC) juice, water-extracted soluble orange solids, citrus essences (both oil and aqueous phases) and terpene oils such as d-limonene. These ingredients offer flexibility for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.
FCOJ (Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice) is a 100 percent natural concentrate that can be reconstituted into juice or used as a key ingredient in nectars, beverages and food formulations. The high Brix content makes it very efficient and cost-effective when bought in bulk.
NFC (Not From Concentrate) juice provides a ready-to-drink, pasteurized orange juice solution. It retains the fresh character of whole orange juice, making it ideal for premium beverage lines or ready-consumption markets.
WATER-EXTRACTED SOLUBLE ORANGE SOLIDS (WESOS) are created by extracting the soluble compounds from orange through a water-based process. These solids deliver natural citrus flavour, color and nutritional value, and are well-suited for food and beverage formulations.
CITRUS ESSENCES are captured during processing: the oil-phase essence comes from volatile compounds in the peel, while the aqueous phase captures aromatic compounds from the juice concentration process.
